You can place your
order(s) through the method of your choice:
- On-line Ordering
is available 24 hours a day. Orders placed on-line can also be customized.
- For telephone
orders, a customer service representative is available to take your
order and answer any questions that you may have. The Customer Service
Department is open Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard
Time. To speak to a representative, call toll free at 1-800-938-0303.
- You can fax in
an order 24 hours a day to our toll free fax line at 1-800-938-0228.
All orders are processed
upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of
the product and credit verification. Please note that all orders require
at least 3-4 business days for processing and packaging if in stock.
We suggest that you place your order(s) at least 7 days prior to any major
holiday. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. The
shipping of Customized products may take an additional 5-10 business days.
Items not in stock need to be backordered, which could require up to 2-3
weeks for processing and packaging. Image First Uniforms, by Alpine Trading
Company stands behind its product 100%. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, *please call our customer
service Representatives at 1-800-938-0303 for a Return Authorization Number.
Please, understand that shipping charges quoted are not exact. Some orders
(i.e. bulky, heavier products) may be modified after your order, which
could result in a decrease or increase shipping and handling fees. You
agree to be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees.

*Customized
items (hemmed or striped), cannot be returned or exchanged if customized
to your specifications. Please feel free to contact customer service with
any questions regarding these services. Customized products may only be
returned if the goods are defective or customized incorrectly. Returns
will not be processed without a return authorization Number.
